Billing Policy

This Billing Policy outlines the accepted payment methods and the process for handling billing-related matters on the Ironyc Platform.
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Payments for products purchased on www.ironyc.com may be made using the following methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other supported networks)
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Digital Wallets
- Ironyc-issued Store Credits (where applicable)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available within India only
Prepaid payment options (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) are recommended for faster order processing and seamless checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders shipped within India and may attract additional charges as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
2. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways compliant with applicable banking and data protection standards.
Ironyc does not store full card details on its servers. Transactions are encrypted and processed through authorized payment partners.
Your order will only be confirmed once payment authorization is successfully completed.
3. BILLING ERRORS
In case of:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect billing amounts
- Failed transactions where the amount is debited
- Promised refunds or store credits not received
Please contact support@ironyc.com within 7 days of noticing the issue.
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, the reversal is typically processed by your bank within 5–10 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES (CHARGEBACKS)
A payment dispute occurs when a cardholder contacts their issuing bank to request reversal of a transaction.
Disputes may arise for reasons including but not limited to:
- Transaction not recognized
- Alleged unauthorized use (fraud)
- Product not received
- Product materially different from description
- Duplicate or incorrect billing
DISPUTE PROCESS
When a dispute is raised:

The cardholder’s issuing bank initiates the dispute.

Funds for the disputed transaction may be temporarily withheld.

Ironyc is notified and given the opportunity to respond within the stipulated timeframe (typically 7 days).
To contest a dispute, Ironyc may provide:
- Order confirmation
- Delivery confirmation from the courier partner
- Invoice copy
- Communication records with the customer
- Any other relevant transaction documentation
If the dispute is resolved in favor of the customer, the withheld funds will be returned to the cardholder.
If the dispute is resolved in favor of Ironyc, the withheld amount will be released back to Ironyc.
Ironyc reserves the right to restrict or block accounts in cases of repeated or fraudulent dispute activity.
5. FRAUD PREVENTION
Ironyc reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Request additional identity verification
- Refuse service where fraudulent activity is suspected
Any fraudulent use of payment instruments will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. STORE CREDIT TRANSACTIONS
Where store credit is issued (as per our Return & Exchange Policy):
- Store credit is non-transferable
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
- Store credit must be used within the validity period mentioned in the issued communication
