Every order is processed with attention to detail and quality assurance before it leaves our facility. The following policy outlines how shipping and delivery are managed.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on the Ironyc website are processed as follows:

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM IST are dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During launches, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Before dispatch, each item undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets Ironyc’s standards of craftsmanship and finish.

2. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: Typically 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: Typically 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Ironyc currently ships within India only.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Prepaid Orders – Free Shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – ₹150 charge per order

The COD charge applies irrespective of order value.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect on the courier partner’s system.

5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability at the delivery location
  • Refusal to accept COD orders

The package may be returned to Ironyc. Re-dispatch may be subject to additional shipping charges.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics partner disruptions
  • High-volume periods
  • Natural events or regulatory restrictions

Ironyc shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
