1. Do you offer price matching or price adjustments?

2. Why isn’t my discount code working?

-  Discount codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused if an order is cancelled or returned.
Codes cannot be combined with site-wide promotions or other offers.
If your code is eligible, please ensure it’s entered exactly as provided, without extra spaces.

3. What is the status of my return?

-   You can track the status of your return using the return tracking link sent in your confirmation email.

The complete return or exchange process including pickup, quality inspection, and replacement dispatch or store credit issuance takes approximately 7–10 business days.
Please note that combining multiple returns may extend processing time.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

-   Once an order is placed, it moves into processing almost immediately to ensure timely delivery.

At this stage, changes cannot be made. If needed, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Otherwise, items can be returned or exchanged once delivered.

5. What is the status of my order?

-    You can check your order status by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM IST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends ship the next business day.
During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. How do I return or exchange an item?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed,  and in original condition with the tags on.
