Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ironyc. Every product is designed with intention and crafted for performance. However, if something isn’t right, the following policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled.
1. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer size exchanges within a limited window, subject to availability and compliance with the conditions below.
1.1 Exchange Window
An exchange request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange.
1.2 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be in original packaging
- The product must not show signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or alteration
Ironyc reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not pass quality inspection.
1.3 Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within approximately 72 hours.
- After pickup, the product will reach our warehouse within 8–12 working days.
- A quality inspection will be conducted.
- Upon approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
2. RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, subject to the following conditions.
2.1 Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Eligibility for Return
The item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have original tags intact
- Be in original packaging
- Be free from stains, odours, damage, or alterations
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.
2.3 Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)
Ironyc operates on a Store Credit Only model.
- No monetary refunds will be issued.
- Upon successful inspection, a store credit coupon will be emailed to you.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Store credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred.
2.4 Return Processing Timeline
- Pickup will be scheduled within 72 hours of approval.
- The product will reach our warehouse within 8–12 working days.
- After quality inspection, store credit will be issued.
3. SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All items marked as Sale or purchased during promotional periods (where specified as final sale) are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:
- Order number
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Our team will evaluate the issue and initiate replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
5.1 Cancellation Window
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Ironyc reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already moved into processing.
6. LIMITATIONS
- A maximum of two return or exchange requests per customer may be processed.
- Repeated misuse of the return policy may result in account restriction.
- Ironyc reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
